• As a member of the Appraisers Association of America, will expertly price all items from antiques to collectibles to bric a brac
• Will supply tables, tables cloths, racks, etc. for your sale
• Courteous, knowledgeable staff to insure a professionally run estate sale
• Negotiating sales prices and making deals assuring a fair price
• Once sale is complete we remove all set up items (such as tables etc). Any remaining items need to be disposed of by owner or executor of the estate.
• If needed, will add items to embellish your sale to attract more buyers
• Arranging of advertising in local papers with descriptions and directions
• Berenice will not always be present at sales, but if possible will arrange her schedule to accommodate your needs. She is always a phone call away.
